MCH 13/ET Compact - 7.5 cfm Three Phase Electric
This compressor switches off automatically when the pressure set by the
operator is reached. Timed condensate discharge using electromagnetic
solenoid valves. The tank mounted on the frame holds the condensate for
pollution free disposal. Vibration reduction is achieved by insulating the
motor and pumping unit from the frame by means of rubber supports. Special
consideration has been given to the cooling of this compressor. The cooling
fan diameter has been increased to 440mm and grills on the frame ensure that
cooling air flows smoothly through the unit. Oil and filter changing are a
simple operation on this compressor.

MCH 13/ET Standard - 7.5 cfm Three Phase Electric
The MCH13/ET standard uses a pumping unit that is made
from top quality materials; connecting rods from aluminium alloy, stainless
steel intercoolers and aftercooler that are more than four metres in length,
cylinders of special cast iron. The three-phase electric motor uses an
aluminium housing to keep weight to a minimum this makes the station very
compact. |

MCH 16/ETS Super Silent - 9.3 cfm Three Phase Electric
MCH 16/ETS Super Silent has been sound proofed
so well that a noise level of only 66dB can be heard at just a metre away.
The pump is the tried and tested three-stage unit with cylinders made of
special heavy duty cast iron. The compressed air is cooled with a stainless
steel aftercooler that ensures the sir entering the filter system is only 15
degrees C hotter than the intake air. There are safety relief valves for
each compression. The final stage safety relief valve is available in
different settings ranging from 225-330 bar. It has two condensate
separators and one filter chamber with a rechargeable cartridge, this
ensures the air compressed into the cylinders is clean and free of
contaminates.
