Nitrox LP 280 Rotary Silent Compressor
The Nitrox LP 280 Rotary Silent production system consists
of a rotary screw low pressure compressor that supplies air to a membrane
system where oxygen rich air is separated away from nitrogen air. The oxygen
rich air (nitrox) is then mixed and delivered to the intake of a high
pressure compressor to be pumped into the tanks. The oxygen percentage is
available from 22.40 % by adjusting the regulated air input pressure. The
system utilizes a 7.5 Kw, 740l/m, 175 psi (12 bar) rotary screw compressor
mounted with a three-phase electric motor in a silenced cabinet.
Compressor system components include: low pressure rotary screw compressor,
volume tank with over pressure relief, condensate drain, motor and frame.
The nitrox system parts include: low pressure filtration to 0.003 ppm oil
vapour, low pressure regulator, heater with automatic thermostat control,
permeable membrane, mixing tube, compressor intake porting, permeate hose
for connection to your exsiting HP compressor intake, inline oxygen sensor
with analyzer to supply a reading of what oxygen % is going to your
compressor and a fill oxygen % analyzer with high pressure to low pressure
regulator to supply accurate readings of oxygen % from your compressor to
the tanks being filled. |
